Welcome to CORSORIA HOME, a division of Right Choice Today, Inc. ("CORSORIA HOME," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and membership programs (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Membership Programs
2.1 Membership Tiers
CORSORIA HOME offers the following membership tiers:
- Foundation Membership: Free. No payment required.
- Signature Membership: $14.99 per month with monthly renewal.
- Premier Membership: $29.99 per month with monthly renewal. (Coming soon)
2.2 Membership Benefits
Each membership tier includes specific benefits as described on our website and membership pages. Benefits may include:
- Exclusive discounts on products
- Early access to new products and sales
- Birthday and anniversary perks
- Access to the CORSORIA HOME Club Lounge
- Rewards and referral programs
- Lifestyle services (wellness, expert consultations, and other benefits)
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice to members.
2.3 Billing and Renewal
- Foundation: Free. No charges.
- Signature: Billed monthly on the same day each month.
- Premier: Billed monthly on the same day each month.
By signing up for a recurring membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend your membership benefits until payment is received.
2.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Signature or Premier membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits until that time. Foundation Membership is free, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds for Signature and Premier memberships are not provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by law or at our sole discretion.
2.5 Upgrades and Downgrades
Once all membership tiers are available, you may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4. Orders and Purchases
4.1 Product Information
We make every effort to display product information accurately, including descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.
4.3 Payment
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be received before your order is processed. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
4.4 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags
- Some items, such as personal care products, perishables, and digital goods, may not be eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
To initiate a return, please contact customer support. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with our Services
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these prohibitions.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of CORSORIA HOME, Right Choice Today, Inc., or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our express written permission. The CORSORIA HOME name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Right Choice Today, Inc.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to our website or Services ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with our Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
- Your User Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by CORSORIA HOME. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access third-party sites at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.
10. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information when creating an account, joining a membership, or making a purchase, you consent to receive communications from CORSORIA HOME as described below.
10.1 Account Notifications
We may send you transactional and account-related communications via email and/or SMS, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
- Membership enrollment, renewal, billing, and cancellation confirmations
- Password resets and account security alerts
- Changes to your account, membership benefits, or these Terms
- Customer support responses and follow-ups
These communications are necessary for the operation of your account and the fulfillment of our Services. You cannot opt out of transactional messages while maintaining an active account or membership.
10.2 Marketing and Promotional Messages
With your consent, we may also send you marketing and promotional communications via email and/or SMS, including but not limited to:
- New product announcements and collection launches
- Exclusive member-only deals, discounts, and coupon codes
- Sale event invitations and early access notifications
- Newsletters such as "CORSORIA HOME Modern Living"

10.3 SMS-Specific Terms
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from CORSORIA HOME. You understand that:
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and membership tier
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or membership enrollment
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
10.4 Opting Out
You may opt out of marketing and promotional communications at any time:
- Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email
- SMS: Reply STOP to any promotional text message
- Account Settings: Update your communication preferences in your account
- Contact Us: Email us at corsoria@rightchoicetoday.com to request removal from marketing lists
Please allow up to 10 business days for email opt-out requests and up to 48 hours for SMS opt-out requests to take effect. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or account-related messages as described in Section 10.1.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORSORIA HOME, RIGHT CHOICE TODAY, INC., AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CORSORIA HOME, Right Choice Today, Inc., and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your User Content
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Erie, Pennsylvania. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CORSORIA HOME regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
